Cal Poly Pomona edged out UC Berkeley in a cyber defense competition during spring break to win its fifth consecutive regional title. The 8-member team will compete in the national round later this month in Texas.

Mike Sheldon, the chief executive officer of Deutsch LA, will be the inaugural speaker for the College of Business Administration’s Leadership Forum, a special series that aims to inspire and motivate leaders to transform business and society. Sheldon will deliver his presentation at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10 in the University Theatre.

Alumnus and businessman Michael Entzminger has pledged $50,000 to support the new College of Business Administration complex. In gratitude, a department office will be named the Mach 1 International Business and Marketing Department Suite, after the international freight company Entzminger (’76, marketing management) founded in 1988.
