Employer Internship Evaluations
The IBM Dept sends out an evaluation to the employer approximately the 8th week of the quarter, its is the students responsibility to make sure the employer completes this evaluation and returns it to the IBM Dept by the due date.

IBM Students
If you have transferred courses from another college and those courses are not listed in your Transfer Credit Report, you must request that the Registrar's Office update that record.
Failure to take these steps can prevent you from registering into core business courses in the future.
You can now make this request on-line at the following link:
http://dsa.csupomona.edu/registrar/TC_Form_Major.asp?setactive=page
Simply click on the form for your major and fill in the information on this link and allow a processing period for the Registrar's Office to update your Transfer Credit Report.
